The GT24C02A is an industry-standard electrically erasable programmable read-only Memory (EEPROM) device located on the S19 hash board, which uses an industry-standard 2-wire interface for communication, and contains a 2K-bit (256x8) memory array, with each page are organized in 16-byte form. The EEPROM operates over a wide voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V, providing low power operation and low standby current. The device is available in lead-free, RoHS, halogen-free, or green packages. GT24C02A is compatible with standard 2-wire bus protocol. The simple bus consists of a serial clock (SCL) and serial data (SDA) signals.
