MBR230LSFT1G 2A 30V Schottky power rectifier, surface mount in plastic SOD−123 package, silk screen is L3N. The device uses the Schottky barrier principle and a large area of metal silicon power diode. Ideal for low voltage, high-frequency rectification or as freewheeling and polarity protection diodes in surface mount applications.

Due to its small size, it is ideal for portable and battery-operated products such as cellular and cordless phones, chargers, notebook computers, printers, PDAs, and PCMCIA cards. Typical applications include AC-DC and DC-DC converters, reverse battery protection and "Oring" of multiple supply voltages, and other applications where performance and size are critical.
