NTMFS5C430NL Single N−Channel Power MOSFET

The NTMFS5C430NL MOSFETs feature low RDS(on) and low input capacitance in a compact 5mm*6 mm form factor. The maximum junction temperature can reach 175°C and it is RoHS compliant.
