ISL94212INZ

The ISL94212INZ Li-ion battery manager IC can monitor up to 12 batteries connected in series. Provides three battery balancing modes: manual balance mode, timed balance mode and automatic balance mode. When the charge transfer value is reached, the automatic balance mode terminates the balance function. The ISL94212INZ is available in a 64 Ld TQFP package and has a rated operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
