MP3427 Boost Converter The MP3427GL  is a 600kHz fixed frequency, high efficiency, wide input range, and current mode boost converter with selectable internal or external current sense configuration for high integration and high power applications. The MP3427 has a current limit higher than 17A and supports up to 30W load power from the lithium ion battery input. The MP3427 features a 10mΩ power switch and a synchronous gate driver for high efficiency. An external compensation pin gives the user the flexibility to set the loop dynamics and obtain the best transient performance under all conditions. For repair and replacement of power ICs.

The MP3427 includes under voltage lockout (UVLO), switch current limit, and thermal shutdown (TSD) to prevent damage in case of an output overload. Packaged in a low profile 22-pin 3mm*4mm QFN package.
