24LC512T-I/SM is a 64K x 8 (512 Kbit) serial electrically erasable PROM, which can operate in a wide voltage range (1.7V to 5.5V). It is specially developed for advanced, low-power applications, such as personal communication and data acquisition. The device also has a page write capability of up to 128 bytes of data. The device is capable of random and sequential reads up to 512K boundaries. The functional address line allows up to 8 devices on the same bus, and the address space is up to 4 Mbit.
