High wind pressure turbine noise reduction: Can be used for all miners such as Antminer, Whatsminer, Ebang Ebit, Avalon, etc. The principle of high wind pressure turbine noise reduction is very simple. It is to string up two or more fans and give each fan a different number of revolutions to form a pressure differential wind pressure. A very low number of revolutions can form a relatively high wind pressure. The lower the number of revolutions, the lower the noise. The wind is cool, and nature is cool. The noise of the miner's work mainly comes from the high-speed rotation of the fan, which is generally quite loud at 5000-6000 rpm. When we use three low-speed 2000-3000 rpm fans in series to replace one high-speed fan, the air volume and noise are absolutely guaranteed.
The interface of different miners may be different; you need to leave a message for the miner model and connection line.
The simple method is to bundle multiple fans with cable ties or long screws to form a group and connect a pseudo-speed governor. This pseudo-speed governor can adjust the rotational speed of the three-way fan with an ordinary screwdriver without the need for a mobile phone Bluetooth connection, which is simple, convenient, intuitive, and more practical. Just set the fan to a different speed. According to the heat dissipation power and ambient temperature of different miner, the chip temperature of the miner is controlled below 80 degrees, and 3-6 fans can be used. One pseudo-speed governor can control three-way speed adjustment. According to needs, you can use one to two-wire to connect 6 fans or simply use two pseudo-speed governors for independent 6-way adjustment.
Precautions:
1. Please wear gloves when installing: the high-speed rotating fan may damage your fingers at any time.
2. Before installation, rotate each fan by hand to check whether it rotates smoothly and whether there is any blockage. Especially for second-hand fans, you should carefully check the quality of the fans. If possible, use the power supply to check the running quality of the fans.
3. When installing a fan, use the wind direction of the original fan as a guide. When adding a fan, the wind direction must be the same as that of the original fan.
4. After installing the fans, wrap a few turns of tape between each fan to increase the seal.
5. The pseudo-speed governor can independently adjust 3 fan ports to achieve different speeds of the three fans, so when using one-to-two-wire to connect 4-6 fans, the two ports should be allocated on both sides of the miner so as to ensure The different speeds of the three fans can be adjusted. If you want to achieve different speeds of 6 fans, you can use two pseudo-speed governors.
6. The pseudo-speed governor can bring 0-6 fans. If the miner works in an area of minus 20 degrees, you can use the pseudo-speed governor to make one or two fans of the miner work at low speed to save electricity and mute without adding more a fan.
7. When buying a fan, be sure to choose a PWM 4-wire fan. The current should be above 2.7A, and the thickness should be 38MM. The power of the ordinary fan is too low, and the speed is too low, which is not suitable for the miner to work for a long time.
8. After installing the fan, use a flat-blade screwdriver to adjust the three adjustment knobs of the pseudo-speed governor to about 1/2 of the position. At this time, the fan speed is about half (3000 rpm). Miner background temperature. Then reduce the speed according to the temperature. Generally, the speed of the fan close to the machine is increased, and the speed of the outermost fan is adjusted less. The miner can work stably by controlling it at about 70-75 degrees.
9. After the speed is adjusted, the fan speed is always constant, and it won't accidentally work at super high speed like the original miner.
10. Screw selection: M4 (2 fans choose 8CM long, three fans choose 12CM long)
