24C02C-I/SN is a 2kB I²C serial electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM) with a voltage range of 4.5 to 5.5V. The device is organized as a single block of 256 x 8-bit memory with a 2-wire serial interface. The device has a page write capability of up to 16 bytes of data, and the fast write cycle time for byte and page writes is only 1ms.
