The SLM2181 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver with independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. Logic inputs are compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL outputs down to 3.3 V logic. Proprietary HVIC and latch-immune CMOS technology enable robust monolithic construction. The output drivers feature a high pulse current buffer stage designed to minimize driver cross-conduction. The floating channel can drive N-channel power MOSFETs or IGBTs up to 600 V in high-side configurations.
