The STM32F334R8T6 series integrates a high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M4 32-bit RISC core operating at up to 72 MHz, embedded floating-point unit (FPU), high-speed embedded memory, and various enhanced I /O and peripherals.
The STM32F334R8T6 microcontroller offers two fast 12-bit ADCs (5 Msps), up to three ultra-fast comparators, one op-amp, three DAC channels, a low-power RTC, a high-resolution timer, a general-purpose 32-bit timer, one dedicated timer for motor control, and four general-purpose 16-bit timers.
The STM32F334R8T6 operates over a temperature range of –40 to +85 °C and –40 to +105 °C, with a supply voltage of 2.0 to 3.6 V, and is available in a 64-pin package.
