300mA,Ultra-Low Noise, Ultra-Fast CMOS LDO Regulator
The RT9193 is designed for portable RF and wireless applications with demanding performance and space requirements. It sits on the Whatsminer M20S hash board and comes in a SOT-23-5 package. The RT9193 performance is optimized for battery-powered systems, providing ultra-low noise and low quiescent current. A noise bypass pin can be used to reduce output noise further. The regulator ground current only increases slightly at the dropout. Further extend battery life. The RT9193 consumes less than 0.01μA in shutdown mode and has a fast turn-on time of less than 50us. Features include ultra-low dropout voltage, high output accuracy, current-limit protection, and high ripple rejection ratio.
