24LC64-E/SN is a 64 Kbit electrically erasable PROM. The device is organized as a single 8K x 8-bit memory block with a 2-wire serial interface.
1. Single power supply, 24AA64/24FC64 device operating voltage as low as 1.7V, 24LC64 device operating voltage as low as 2.5V
2. 2-wire serial interface, compatible with I2C™
3. Output slope control to eliminate ground bounce
