IR2104PBF is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT half-bridge driver with related high-side and low-side reference output channels. Proprietary HVIC and latch immune CMOS technology can realize a rugged and durable monolithic structure. The output driver has a high pulse current buffer stage, which is designed to minimize driver cross-conduction.
