M95512-DRMN3TP/K is a 512-Kbit serial EEPROM automotive grade device with an operating temperature of up to 145°C. They meet the extremely high level of reliability defined by the automotive standard AEC-Q100 Class 0. The memory array is based on advanced true EEPROM technology (electrically erasable programmable memory).
