EEPROM, 8 Kbit, 1K x 8bit, Serial I2C (2-Wire), 400 kHz, TSSOP, 8 Pins.

CAT24C08YI-GT3 is an 8-Kb CMOS serial EEPROM device. The internal organization is 64 pages with 16 bytes per page. Read the data by providing the starting address and then serially shifting out the data while automatically increasing the internal address count.
