Lucky miner lv07 not connecting to wifi

I have a lucky miner lv07. My laptop network and internet settings funds it on the drop down list but it doesn't connect to my wifi I have put in the wifi name and password correctly but it still will not connect.

Make sure you connect it using 2.4 Ghz

It won't work with 5 Ghz or 2.4 + 5 Ghz mixed network
