S9 single-board test showed Nonce [0] from chip 56, why this happened?

During the single-board test of the S9 miner, it was observed that the Nonce values from chip 56 onwards were consistently 0. What could be the reason for this?

It is possible that either chip 56 or chip 57 is faulty, or there could be an issue with the 0.8V voltage supply.
