The LDO does not have a 2.2V input, but the other voltage domains are functioning normally.

There may be an issue with the 4th voltage domain counted from the end or that there is a missing VDD voltage domain, specifically the 15th voltage domain. The heat sink connected to the 15th voltage domain and 1.8V LDO in 10th voltage domain is conducting. If not conduct,jump to LDO pin 1,pin 3.
