The best way is by using the series-parallel 2-part method. If the chips are connected in parallel, it would be difficult to pinpoint the specific faulty chip. In that case, you would need to disconnect and measure each chip individually. However, if the chips are connected in series, you can remove the chip in the middle to determine whether the issue is before or after the removed chip.
