  1. Check if there is any oxidation on the resistors and capacitors. You can compare with a working board for reference.
  2. Check the power management ICs one by one. Also check the IO port as well. Verify if the voltage on the "EN" (enable) pin is normal.
  3. Measure if there are any short circuits in the peripheral capacitors and the resistors are functioning properly.
  4. If the issue persists, try replacing the power management IC. The IC input should be 12V.
